Energy Healing
Before a Session begins there are hours of meditation and preparation beforehand. Thank you for your understanding.
In order to fully benefit from your session and help Blue Star keep on schedule, please arrive a few minutes early for office sessions.

In order to allow time to ease into the process the appointment is considered cancelled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. Thank you for your understanding.
Please text if you are running a few minutes late or are having traffic issues.
Generally there is a 15 minute window between the end of one session and the beginning of the next.
Email Notices
Every Session, Energy Healing Package or Order booked will generate an email notice in your INBOX.
If you do not receive a notice please check your Spam box.
Please contact me in order to check your email address if you still have not received a notice of your session booked.
At the bottom of your notice you may cancel or reschedule your session. This makes it easy for all of us xoxo
The Software lets me know when you have received and opened your reminders.
If you are on a Subscription-based package you should receive a notice as to when your monthly fee will debit.
For all purchases an invoice will be automatically emailed to you.
Cancellation Policy
At the bottom of your notices you may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. This makes it easy for all of us xoxo
Booking anything under a 24 hour notice is not possible without contacting Blue Star. The software will not let you do it xoxo

If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your appointment, please make sure to give us at least 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged for your appointment.
Rescheduling
To Reschedule your session, kindly go to your original scheduling confirmation. At the bottom of your email is an option to Reschedule.

All Sales are Final. No Refunds.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or have sessions still available on your Packages or Subscriptions … Sessions may be rescheduled providing 24 hours was given for cancelation.
Credit for unused Sessions may be scheduled in sessions or given in the form of Gift Certificates. These may be distributed however you like.
You can cancel or change up the frequency of your Subscription at anytime. If you cancel your subscription the cancelation begins for the next scheduled payment. Remaining sessions can be scheduled with Blue Star or you can request the balance in gift certificates.
Human Design Readings
In order to adequately prepare there is a 1-2 week notice for Human Design Readings.
All Sales are Final. No Refunds.
There are no Refunds for Digital Products, Sessions or Readings.

PLACING ORDERS:
Alchemy of Sol has no minimum order. We accept orders via our online shopping cart. Alchemy of Sol processes orders on a first come, first served basis. All orders are handbatched and made to order. Please allow ample time to receive your handmade creation.
HOW WE MEASURE:
All liquids are measured by volume; dry products are measured by weight.
PAYMENT:
Alchemy of Sol accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Discover and PayPal. Please do not send cash. Regretfully, we DO NOT accept personal or business checks. Please do not send them.
If we receive a “decline” on a credit or debit card payment, we will not ship until the payment has cleared. Alchemy of Sol makes every attempt to notify the customer if a card declines. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to contact their bank to understand why the charge is not being honored by that bank.
We do not charge a fee to the cardholder when the card declines.
For credit and debit card payments please ensure that the billing address you give to us is the same address as on your card statement.
CANCELED ORDERS:
Order cancellations: If your order has shipped, we can not cancel it.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Custom orders requiring custom materials may have a 4-5 week lead time.
BULK ORDERS:
Some bulk orders require a lead time. We will inform you of any lead time at the time you request a quote or place your order.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Alchemy of Sol ships via USPS within the 48 contiguous US states, HI, AK, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS:
Misdirected shipments, due to customer error, or abandoned shipments (orders not picked up at the delivery address provided, such as a UPS HUB) are subject to re-direct fees and/or return shipping charges by the shipper.
RETURNS:
We do not accept returns. Thank you for your understanding.
CLAIMS:
Please call us immediately if your shipment is damaged. Damage claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your shipment. All damage claims are subject to verification by the USPS, at their discretion. Please do not discard the box or material enclosed as it may be required by the delivery service for verification.
